The majority of our shipments are carried out by a quality courier with full parcel tracking service. Smaller items (such as single connectors / lamps) are sent via Royal Mail.

Free Shipping

All shipments over £100 (UK Mainland) £300 (Rest of UK) are discounted rates. Alternatively you can pick up your items directly from our trade desk in Camberley, Surrey. Collection Times: 9am - 4pm, Mon - Fri

Tracked Courier Delivery Costs 

UK Mainland Price: £7.80 Delivered normally delivered 1-3 working days if order is received by 2:30pm.  Next working day express is £10.80 for orders received by 2.30pm. We also offer next day AM and Saturday all day for £15 at the check out. 

Rest Of UK: £16.20 Delivered in 2 - 3 working days

Channel Isles: All orders are VAT free and £20.00 delivery charge (2-3 day service).

Ireland: All orders are VAT free, but VAT and small Customs Charge are payable by you, locally on entry into Ireland.  Delivery charge £25.00 2-4 day service.

Please note that all orders to premium delivery areas such as Scottish Isles, Highlands, Northern & Southern Ireland all have a discount carriage charge for orders over £300 

We can deliver direct to a site address. If you would prefer us to send the order with a delivery note only, please specify this in the order message box or contact us to arrange. Please make sure we have your mobile number and email address so we can provide you with courier parcel tracking information.

Returns

Please phone us on 0330 0554207 or email us for a returns number before sending any item back to us.

Lightpro Trade fully adheres to the distance selling regulations. All items purchased can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Once the return has been authorised by us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. The cost to return the items is down to the client and would highly recommend you use a fully tracked delivery service as we cannot refund any item that is not returned to us. Please note that we will only refund any items that are still in re-saleable condition, including all intact packaging. Faulty goods will be immediately replaced (depending on stock) and delivered at our cost. We may require the faulty item back, and will arrange a courier to collect. 

All goods are returned at your own cost and risk, please make sure that all breakable items are well packaged.
